The Business Partner model has been around for about 10 years now. It has improved both transactional and transformational HR delivery, but this has not led to improving organisational performance to the satisfaction of many CEOs. He has published over 30 books and 200 articles/chapters that have shaped the fields of leadership to deliver results, of organizations to build capabilities, and of human resources to create value where he is the known as the “father of modern HR.” An argument can be made about including common HR metrics to measure HR Business Partner effectiveness such as turnover rate, hiring cost, average remuneration cost for the organization, etc. or even business metrics related to the bottom line however, many of these parameters might not be directly attributed to an individual HRBP.
